TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We accept Master Card/ Visa/Discover credit cards, wire transfers, money orders and personal checks. Orders will be shipped once all checks have cleared and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for wire transfer information. We ship both domestically and internationally, but due to security reasons we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, only to billing address. Our minimum order requirement is $400 from our stock list, we also offer special ‘buys’ called opportunity buys, those specials have their own minimums. We also require ordering from our stock list multiples of 3 pieces per item so you may order 3, 6, 12, 24 etc.
All orders will be shipped promptly, usually within two business days from receipt of payment. We will email you the shipment information/tracking once the order is finished being processed.
Most of our clients choose between UPS and USPS Priority for shipping based on order size. We can bill your UPS account if you wish. We are skilled at shipping larger pallet size orders as well, we can offer our clients the discounts we enjoy from several common carriers or the one of your choice. SRD of NY does not consider Shipping & Handling a profit center; we only charge the actual freight costs. The exception is hazardous freight such fragrance for which we charge a nominal per package fee.
